CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call, any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 50% charge of service with the payment information on file.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, but fail to notify until the same day of your session, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 75% charge of service with the payment information on file. Without proper notice, there is no time to refill the spot with other clients or students waiting for an appointment.

NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY

Missing your appointment without notifying The Bladed Angel before your appointment time will result in 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a new booked appointment must be paid upon booking. Regardless of the reason, the consequences and losses The Bladed Angel face do not change, therefore the policy penalty does not change.

LATE POLICY

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment. Missed appointments with communication will result in a 50% charge of service with the payment information on file. Being over 15 minutes late without communication is considered a “No Show, No Call” which will be dealt with as explained above. If the client wishes to book again, the associated fee must be fulfilled in order to put down a new deposit for a new appointment. If second appointment is not honored, client will be banned from future booking.

DEPOSIT TRANSFERS

In the event a client reschedules their appointment (prior to the 48 hour notice window), the original deposit can be moved to a new session within 3 months of the originally booked date. Any time after 3 months, a new deposit is required.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Bladed Angel requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. Non-refundable deposits are made at the booking of the appointment in order to secure a spot. Deposit is deducted from total cost of service which is due the day of your appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Cash, Apple Pay, and Square (credit/debit). 

GUARANTEES

The Bladed Angel can make no guarantee as to your individual results or how long your microblading will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although it is effective and can last up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time they will last. Since everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. Most clients will need a 6-12 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person.

BOOKING POLICY

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Each client is responsible for booking touch ups in a timely manner to ensure the right window frame desired for touch up. If the bookings are all filled due to last second planning, the session will change into the next available touch up type. Bookings can also be made on this website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall The Bladed Angel be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold whether such liability is under contract. The Bladed Angel shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE  OUR SERVICES

Prices are subject to change; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

Prices are subject to changes and further charges may be applicable for corrective work (i.e. correction of another technician's work) and/or needing shading.

If you have existing permanent makeup on your brows and you wish for us to enhance and/or change your existing tattoo, please contact us a few close-up photos so we can determine if we can help. (DM @thebladedangel on Instagram)

MISREPRESENTATION OF PAST WORK ON BROWS

At The Bladed Angel, we value honesty and transparency in all client communications to ensure the best possible service outcomes. Our open communication is to ensure we manage expectations as to what we’ll be able to achieve for your PMU goals.

Any inconsistencies regarding the information of having past work will result in forfeiting the appointment. This includes forfeiting the deposit, as well as the remaining fee for the appointment (new client + past work fee).

This emphasizes our need for upfront clear communication regarding past work. While it is not preferred to do so, the artists at The Bladed Angel reserve the right to turn away clients as needed.

To prevent any misunderstanding and ensure a smooth appointment process, we kindly request that all clients with past work provide a clear and accurate photo of their brows before booking, and get approval.

This will allow our team to assess the situation accurately and provide the best possible service tailored to your needs.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To maintain a safe, quiet, and relaxing environment, we ask that children under the age of 10 not be present in our office, including the lobby.
